- 2 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar or sweetener
- 8 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice
- 3 ounce package dry strawberry gelatin use unsweetened
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional
- In saucepan, combine rhubarb, water and sugar and cook until tender. Cool. Then add remaining ingredients and mix together. Refrigerate.
