We thought it was only appropriate to go back and include recipes across the years. This month, we have one recipe from each decade including the first recipe from the inaugural issue for rhubarb pie.

Spinach-Craisin Salad
Instructions
  1. Tear cleaned spinach into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix with apples and craisins in large bowl.
  3. Add nuts and dressing just before serving.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Serve chilled.
