Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/4 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup butter melted
- 1/3 cup whole milk
Topping
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 1/3 cup butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine first six ingredients and mix well. Put in a buttered 9X13-inch casserole dish.
- Mix together topping ingredients and crumble on top of sweet potato mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Notes
Note: Tastes like dessert rather than a vegetable side dish.
