Sweet Potato Casserole with Glazed Topping

- 3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/4 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Put in a buttered 12x12-inch casserole dish. Mix together topping ingredients and crumble on top of sweet potato casserole. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Tastes like dessert rather than a vegetable side dish; really easy.
