Sweet & Spicy Salsa

  • 1 medium jalapeno pepper seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 medium ripe avocado diced
  • 2 cups strawberries finely chopped
  • 1/4 medium red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • sea salt to taste


  • Stir ingredients together. Can be served immediately or up to several hours in advance and chilled. If you make ahead, add the sugar, salt and avocado just before serving.
