Tater Tot Taco Salad
- 2 C. frozen miniature Tater Tots
- 1/2 lb. Ground beef
- 2 T. Taco seasoning
- 1/2 C. Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 C. ripe or stuffed olives sliced
- 1 C. lettuce shredded
- 2 T. Taco sauce
- 1/4 C. sour cream
- Bake Tater Tots according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
- Stir in taco seasoning.
- Divide Tater Tots between two serving plates.
- Top with taco mixture, cheese, lettuce, taco sauce and sour cream.
