White Chocolate Chip Cherry Cheese Ball


  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 C. butter softened
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 C. white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 C. sweetened, dried cherries chopped
  • 3/4 C. sliced almonds lightly toasted
  • 3/4 C. powdered sugar


  • Beat together cream cheese, butter and almond extract.
  • Gradually beat in powdered sugar.
  • Stir in white chocolate chips and cherries.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  • Place mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into a ball.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Roll ball into almonds before serving.
