White Chocolate Chip Cherry Cheese Ball
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1/2 C. butter softened
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 C. white chocolate chips
- 1/2 C. sweetened, dried cherries chopped
- 3/4 C. sliced almonds lightly toasted
- 3/4 C. powdered sugar
- Beat together cream cheese, butter and almond extract.
- Gradually beat in powdered sugar.
- Stir in white chocolate chips and cherries.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Place mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into a ball.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Roll ball into almonds before serving.
