Beef and Spinach Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 4 (8 in.) flour tortillas
- 1-1/2 c. baby spinach leaves
- 6 oz. thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 4 oz. sliced Provolone cheese
Instructions
- In small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and horseradish.
- Spread on one side of each tortilla.
- Top each with spinach leaves, roast beef and Provolone cheese.
- Tightly roll up.
- Wrap in plastic wrap.
- To serve, cut each tortilla into 1-inch pieces.
