Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Course Entrée


  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli broken apart
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 T. mayonnaise
  • 1 C. Cheddar cheese shredded


  • Boil chicken breasts until cooked. Drain. When cooled enough to handle, cut into 1-inch pieces. In a square or round casserole dish, mix mayonnaise and soup. Add broccoli and chicken and mix well. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350-degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
