Iced Cream Crunch

Ingredients
- 4 C. crushed cornflakes
- 1 C. coconut
- 1 c chocolate chips chopped small
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 3/4 C. butter
- 1/2 gallon softened ice cream
Instructions
- Melt brown sugar and 3/4 cup butter and pour over cornflakes, chocolate chips and coconut; blend.
- Put half mixture into a 9x13-inch dish.
- Then place softened ice cream on top and sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over top and freeze.
