Lemon Brownies

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 t. Salt
- 1 stick butter softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 T. Lemon juice
- Zest from 1/2 lemon
- GLAZE
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 T. Lemon juice
- Lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the flour, sugar and salt. Mix in softened butter.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, lemon juice and zest. Add to the flour mixture and mix well.
- Pour into a greased 8x8-inch pan. Bake for 25 minutes. (You can double the recipe and bake in a 9x13-inch pan for 30 minutes).
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Combine all glaze ingredients and spread over cooked brownies.
