Rainbow Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 12-ounce package tricolor rotini pasta
  • 1/2 cup broccoli chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots chopped
  • 10 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber chopped
  • 20 green or black olives halved
  • 1-1/2 cups light Italian dressing

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  • Chop vegetables and olives and add to cooled pasta. Pour light Italian dressing over pasta and vegetables. Mix well.
  • Chill for 4 hours to blend flavors.
