Sherbet Pie
Course Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 gallon your favorite flavor sherbet softened
- 1 sm. ctn. Cool Whip
- 1 Nilla Wafer piecrust
- walnuts crushed
- fresh strawberries
- green grapes sliced
Instructions
- Scoop sherbet into the piecrust.
- Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle on crushed walnuts.
- Arrange fruit on top.
- Store in the freezer until ready to serve. A great and refreshing summer dessert.
