Sweet & Spicy Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper seeded and finely chopped
- 1 medium ripe avocado diced
- 2 cups strawberries finely chopped
- 1/4 medium red onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. cilantro finely chopped
- 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Stir ingredients together. Can be served immediately or up to several hours in advance and chilled. If you make ahead, add the sugar, salt and avocado just before serving.
