Pistachio Bread

Ingredients
- 1 package white cake mix
- 1 small box pistachio instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup sour cream
Filling
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, water and sour cream.
- Pour half of batter in a greased loaf pan.
- Combine filling ingredients and sprinkle on batter in pan.
- Pour remaining batter on top.
- Bake 45-50 minutes until done in center. Cool.
