Brown Sugar Icing

Servings 2 Cups
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2-3 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Boil butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add milk and bring to a boil again.
- Remove from heat and cool.
- Add powdered sugar until desired consistency — less for a thinner consistency, more for thicker.
- Use on your favorite chocolate cake or as desired.
Notes
Double the recipe if you are making a layered cake.
