Priscilla’s Spiced Pecans
Ingredients:
1 egg white
1 tsp cold water
I lb pecan halves
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Beat egg white and water until frothy.
Add pecan halves and mix until coated
In small bowl mix sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add to the nuts & mix well
Bake at 225° for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes
