Donna’s Company Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion minced
- 2 teaspoons mustard
Topping:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- Dried oregano leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Mix all meatloaf ingredients and place in a foil-lined loaf pan. Mix topping ingredients except for oregano.
- Pour topping mixture over meat and sprinkle desired amount of oregano leaves over the top.
- Bake 1 to 1-1/2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 F. Let the meatloaf rest 10-15 minutes before serving.
