Mija Candy
Ingredients:
2 sticks margarine
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon white corn syrup
1 tablespoon water
Pecan halves
3 Hershey bars
Directions:
Combine ingredients and cook to hard crack stage 300-310 F. Stirring continuously. Butter bottom and sides of a large platter. Place pecan halves flat side down on platter. Pour hot mixture over top of pecans. Break chocolate bars into mid-size pieces and place on top of hot mixture. Spread chocolate with a knife when softened. Cool and break into pieces, enjoy!
