2020 Cookie Contest Entries

Fiesta Fudge

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup margarine, do NOT use butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
7 ounce jar marshmellow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups M&M candies milk chocolate (I use red and green for Christmas)

Directions:

Mix sugar, margerine, milk and salt, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, marshmellow creme and vanilla. Stir until well mixed and smooth, fold in M&M candies and put in 9×13-inch pan. Cool until set and cut into pieces.
