Dijon Glaze for Ham

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. maple syrup
  • 1- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1/3 c. packed brown sugar j
  • 1 T. cornstarch
  • 15 lb. Ham

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Slice ham and layer alternately with sauce; marinate overnight.
  • Bake 1-1/2 hrs. at 350 degrees.
