Classic Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 15- ounce can pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until combined.
- Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell and bake for 20 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 325 F and bake for 45 minutes or until the center of the pie is done.
- Cool at least 4 hours before serving.
