Classic Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 15- ounce can pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 F.
  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until combined.
  • Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to 325 F and bake for 45 minutes or until the center of the pie is done.
  • Cool at least 4 hours before serving.
