Olinda’s Dishpan Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 cups oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1-1/2 cups quick oats
- 1-1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1 cup coconut
- 1-12 ounce package chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts Optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together first 6 ingredients.
- Sift together flour and baking soda.
- Add to oil mixture and then add remaining 5 ingredients.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.
