Ingredients
- 1 egg white slightly beaten
- 2 cups pecans
- 1/3 cup Splenda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 F.
- Grease a jelly roll pan.
- Mix egg white and pecans in medium bowl until pecans are coated.
- Stir Splenda and cinnamon together and sprinkle over pecans. Stir until pecans are completely coated.
- Spread pecans in a single layer in pan. Bake 30 minutes or until toasted.
- Cool completely and store in airtight container.
