Swedish Nuts (Sugar free)

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white slightly beaten
  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1/3 cup Splenda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300 F.
  • Grease a jelly roll pan.
  • Mix egg white and pecans in medium bowl until pecans are coated.
  • Stir Splenda and cinnamon together and sprinkle over pecans. Stir until pecans are completely coated.
  • Spread pecans in a single layer in pan. Bake 30 minutes or until toasted.
  • Cool completely and store in airtight container.
